So that we may step out of the shadows and into our own light.

During the spring we'll explore & embody the Maiden to help us rediscover our child like joy.

During the summer we'll explore & embody the Mother, learning to live fully with heart and from love.

During the autumn we'll explore & embody the Majesty, taking radical responsibility for ourselves and rememberHERing who the fuck we really are.

Along the way we'll learn what archetypes even are, how they play out and why we should even care.

We'll learn how and when their shadow behaviours, patterns and coping mechanisms are triggered.

And how to activate more illuminated alternatives.
 
There will be a mixture of audio trainings delivered into a Telegram group as well as journal prompts & live embodiment meet ups on Zoom for intuitive movement, breathwork and more.
