"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" - Mary Oliver
I mean…fuck. She asks a good question.
Because if you're reading this, no matter what your life looks like on the outside, I'm willing to bet it could feel even more YOU on the inside.
🪄Full of even more magic and awe. Ease and wonder.
⚡More alive.
💗More honest.
🍉More turned on.
😮💨More spacious.
A life even more full of whatever the fuck YOU want it full of. A life that floats your boat, lights you up, tickles your tits and turns you ON.
A life that FEELS like yours.
THAT is what I mean by a WILDlife.
You see, I don't think the problem is that you don't have a life. Or that your life is terrible…it probably looks quite good on the surface.
I think the problem is that you've outgrown the way you've been living it.
Stopped fully inhabiting it.
Not in dramatically obvious ways that anybody else might notice (🫠 which is half the fucking problem, right?)
But in tiny, subtle, socially acceptable ways.
✔️The way you’ve become sensible.
✔️Capable.
✔️Reliable.
✔️Good at carrying (all the) things.
✔️Good at understanding everyone else.
The way you keep editing yourself down to keep it all moving.
The way you abandon what YOU actually want and call it ‘being realistic’
The way you’ve built yourself around
- practicality
- performance
- productivity
And by the way, you haven't ended up here because you got it wrong.
You ended up here because you did everything right…by everyone else's standards. And somewhere in all that doing-it-right, you stopped asking what right even means to you.
So, I’m not saying you're lying face down in catastrophe.
You're not. You’re capable. Self-aware. Functioning.
You've probably already done the therapy, the coaching, the circles, journaling, the “work”.
And yet…
Somewhere underneath all of that wisdom and self-awareness is this relentless fucking niggle you can't really explain…especially without sounding embarrassingly ungrateful.
“My life technically works, why does it feel like I’m starving!?”
"Why does my life look so full and yet somehow not feel full of me?"
"How much of myself have I quietly learned to live without…and how much more of myself am I willing to lose!?”
"There has to be more to life than this!?"
Not more achievement. Not more productivity. Not another fucking five step strategy (ugh).
More truth. More desire. More beauty. More room to breathe inside your own life.
I’m here to tell you that you don't need a different life to have all of that.
You need to stop disappearing from the one you've got.
“I’ve had this idea of my dream life for an eternity but it never seemed to get any closer, it was always a ‘one day’ while life got in the way. Then enter Emma and WHOA. The Embodied Conscious Curation process is incredible & pure wizardry, and within a short period of time I had brought my hazy dream life into HD and actually started LIVING it now.”
Kate, home-ed, sourdough bread baking mother of 2
Just so we're clear, this isn’t a you problem.
The life you outgrew was built inside a very specific set of expectations about what a woman, a mother, a good person is supposed to want. You followed the map. It’s just that the map wasn't drawn for you
🗺️So we build a new map.
That's what WILDlife is for.
Through 8 phases of self enquiry, ritual, embodiment, and gritty, devotional action, you'll:
Excavate your buried truth and harvest the gold from where you already are
Unleash your inner bad girl and discover what you really, REALLY want (and what you really fucking don't)
Embody your most radiant, alive, turned-on self (not someday, but NOW)
Conjure the courage to claim your cravings, out loud and without apology
Devote yourself to a life of your own wild design, one ferocious, desire-driven choice at a time
Or in other words…
You'll admit your desire it.
Decide you deserve it.
Design it however the fuck YOU want it.
And then go do it.
And in case you were wondering...
This Isn't About Escaping Your Life
WILDlife is not about blowing your life to smithereens.
For some women, huge life shifts might just be the thing that lights them up.
But Wild doesn’t always look loud. It doesn’t mean crazy and reckless. It doesn’t mean bigger, shinier and more impressive to look at.
It's about becoming more YOU. On purpose.
And sometimes that looks like slowing the fuck down.
Choosing rest.
Honouring your nervous system.
Building something big without burning yourself out.
Or tending a tiny corner of your life like it’s totally fucking sacred (because it is)
Wild isn’t chaos.
It’s truth. It’s real.
It means I Will Intentionally Live Differently.
So you do not need to:
- Fuck off to Bali
- Blow up your marriage or your relationship
- become a completely different person
- perform your "best life" online
- optimise yourself into exhaustion
- heal yourself into perfection
- burn everything to the ground
Because this was never really about escape.
You don’t really actually want to run away, no matter how much you mutter FFS under your breath.
What you’re really craving is to feel more turned on by your own existence.
To feel alive again.
Alive in your body.
Alive at home.
Alive in your relationships.
Alive in your life on an ordinary bloody Tuesday morning.
WILDlife isn’t:
“I changed my life to feel alive”
It’s:
“I found aliveness without having to leave my life.”
That’s much more sustainable.
And much more true.
So maybe for you it’ll look like:
❤️🔥 finally wearing what you actually want to wear instead of what's acceptable/flattering/practical
❤️🔥 saying no without spiralling afterwards
❤️🔥 resting before you've "earned" it
❤️🔥 making art again
❤️🔥 laughing more
❤️🔥 stopping apologising for no apparent reason
❤️🔥 building your work around your nervous system instead of sacrificing yourself to it and contorting around it
❤️🔥 sitting in your own life and actually feeling THERE while it's happening
🪻 Maybe it's a flower bed instead of a complicated business funnel.
📖 A book club instead of another burnout cycle.
“Life has slowed down from the perpetual panic and constant demands. I find little spaces in my day that allow me to reset, to check my priorities and question my motivation.”
Karen, yoga teacher, mother of 2
🕯️ Candles lit before 5pm and bread that didn’t come from a packet.
🙏🏻 A nervous system that no longer feels permanently hunted.
Maybe it's finally admitting: "I don't actually want the life everyone keeps telling me I should want."
“I didn’t want my small life anymore. I didn’t want to feel small inside it. I’m now speaking on stages, I’m doing advocacy work. I’ve written a book! We’ve moved our whole family to live by the seaside and started home-edding - a dream I never thought was possible.”
Helen, ND advocate and ND mother of 2 ND children
So if you're ready to trade the tick-box, good-girl life for the fuck YES life, conformity for audacity, and everyone else's expectations for your own untamed truth…
Before you start telling yourself this only applies to women with loads of free time and nervous system capacity…
This work wasn’t built from a perfectly curated life with endless time, support and spaciousness.
It was built while navigating neurodivergent parenting and the associated school burnout & battles, mother-loss grief, peri-menopause fuckery, invisible labour, caregiving, systemic bullshit and the relentless cognitive load modern women are carrying every single day.
I know what it’s like to be trying to reconnect to yourself while simultaneously rewriting EHCP paperwork at midnight, advocating fiercely for your child, discovering your own neurodivergence, managing everyone else’s needs and wondering what fresh hormonal hell is happening this week.
Which means this work was never designed for women living in ideal conditions.
It was designed for real life. It was designed for you.
This is for you if you…
📍keep editing your desires into something more reasonable before they’ve even fully landed or anybody else can judge them
📍can physically feel the moment you abandon yourself in conversations…and still hear yourself agreeing anyway
📍secretly fantasise about checking into a hotel alone for two nights and immediately feel guilty for wanting that
📍keep trying to optimise a life your nervous system doesn't even enjoy being inside
📍want softness, beauty, pleasure and spaciousness…but part of you still thinks wanting those things makes you lazy and indulgent
📍feel quietly resentful of how much you carry, while also feeling ashamed for resenting it
📍know exactly what you'd tell a friend or client to do…while not fully doing it yourself
📍have become incredibly skilled at making your life look aligned while quietly starving inside it
📍feel jealous of women who seem freer, and convince yourself you couldn’t have that anyway
📍keep waiting for permission to live differently while simultaneously resenting everyone who already is
And now you’re DONE with it. With hustle. With hyper-productivity.
With the myth that “more” is the only measure of success
And you’re ready to stop betraying yourself so, so politely.
Women inside this work have:
✍🏻 Written books
👙 Overhauled their sad, grey, saggy underwear drawer
🍫 Savoured the expensive dark chocolate instead of snaffling the kids leftovers
🏡 Moved house
🍾 Stopped drinking
📊 Started businesses…ended businesses!
👏🏻 Left jobs and started jobs
😇 Softened their nervous systems
🫶🏻 Changed the way they parent
🛀🏼 Created more spacious lives
🎨 Started painting, singing, dancing, baking, foraging, planting and growing
🎻 Picked up their violin again
💅Stopped apologising for existing
🥰 Trusted themselves again
…and finally started living lives that actually feel like theirs
And now it’s your turn.
Inside WILDlife we don’t just pick a pretty goal and try our best to reach it.
We learn how to read your life and then we consciously curate around what we discover.
So we want to know:
❓What’s draining you.
❓What’s lighting you up.
❓What’s yours.
❓What was never yours.
❓What you secretly want.
❓What you keep tolerating.
❓What your body already knows.
❓What your fantasies, resentments, cravings & “bad girl” desires are actually trying to tell you.
Because all of it is data.
Then we take that data and ask: What’s the essence underneath?
So maybe you’ve caught yourself thinking:
“I want to move house.”
“I want a different business.”
“I want to run away.”
“I want a massive garden / book deal / treehouse / week alone in a hotel.”
But the most interesting, useful info is…underneath that, what feeling are you reaching for?
Freedom?
Beauty?
Ease?
Power?
Adventure?
Spaciousness?
Belonging?
Permission?
Peace?
That’s what this process unearths, and then we design for THAT.
Not someday.
Not when your life is calmer.
Not when you’ve fixed yourself enough to be worthy of it.
Now.
In your actual life.
Your home.
Your work.
Your relationships.
Your body.
Your rhythms.
Your normal, everyday mornings.
WILDlife takes you from sleepwalking through a watered-down version of someone else’s life…
to consciously designing and LIVING your own.
From:
- tolerating
- performing
- over-functioning
- self-editing
- waiting
- outsourcing your knowing
- calling self-abandonment “being realistic”
To:
- discerning what’s yours
- trusting what your body knows
- extracting the truth underneath your desires
- designing rhythms that support who you are becoming
- taking action from aliveness instead of duty
- choosing differently, again and again
- living in devotion to the life you’re curating
Not because you become somebody new.
Because you finally stop leaving yourself out of your own life.
So What Actually IS WILDlife?
WILDlife is an 8-phase embodied process for consciously curating a life that feels unmistakably yours.
Not from:
- conditioning
- performance
- survival
- productivity addiction
- self-improvement obsession
- other people's expectations
- trauma responses disguised as personality
But from: YOUR body. YOUR truth. YOUR desire. YOUR aliveness.
Together we move through 8 phases:
HARVEST
Where are you right now? What patterns are running your life? What are you tolerating? What already feels alive?
DISCERN
What's yours and what isn't? What lights you up? What drains your life force? Where have you confused obligation for identity?
DREAM
Not performance. Not fantasy. Not "what sounds impressive." but what your future self genuinely longs for, even if everybody else is going to think it’s boring or batshit.
ANARCHY
Interrupt the autopilot. Question the rules. Burn the script you never consciously agreed to. This is where we explore the untamed parts of you that have been labelled too much, unrealistic, selfish, messy, inappropriate, impossible…not because we’re going to unleash them and wreak havoc everywhere, but because hidden inside those disowned parts are clues about what an alive life might actually taste like for you.
DESIRE
And when we’ve done all of that we’re going to draw it all together and distil it down into what you actually want AND what you don’t… before practicality edits it into something safer.
DECIDE
No more vague longing. No more "one day." This is where you choose: I Will Intentionally Live Differently. We decide now if we’re living from shoulds and constraints, or from aliveness.
DESIGN
How does this actually look in your REAL life? Your relationships. Your work. Your rhythms. Your home. Your body. Your days.
DO
Devotion. Embodiment. Action. Actually living the life you keep saying you want.
Not performatively. Not perfectly.
Truthfully.
Or in other words:
We mine your real life for data → extract the feeling/essence underneath what you want → design for that in real life → become the woman who lives from it → keep choosing it as devotion.
Why Nothing Else You’ve Tried Has Quite Worked…
…In the way you wanted it to AND lasted.
Because most change work starts from:
“I need to fix myself.”
More discipline.
More optimisation.
More self-monitoring.
More trying to force yourself into a life your nervous system doesn’t even enjoy inhabiting.
And more tips, tricks, hacks, formulas and potions to ‘cure’ it.
But you were never a problem to fix.
But you have become profoundly disconnected from your own fully-aliveness, instinct, juicy desire and honest truth thanks to years of conditioning, performance and adaptation...
And insight alone rarely changes that.
You can understand your patterns intellectually for years and still find yourself repeating them automatically in real life…
No matter how savvy, senior, switched on and sovereign you are, those patterns are still playing out.
Because the nervous system, the body, the identity and the psyche all have to come with you.
That’s why WILDlife isn’t just mindset work or journaling prompts or another course full of information you’ll intellectually agree with and then quietly fail to embody.
It’s a six-month process of learning how to actually inhabit your life differently.
AND in community.
Battling yourself in private. Working it out in your head. Keeping it all internal. Doesn't work.
This work doesn't happen in isolation.
It happens in community. In witnessing. In being seen while you do the scary thing. In watching other women choose differently and realising you can too.
In having someone hold you accountable when you start abandoning yourself again.
WILDlife works differently.
“I knew that within 10 days I would forget what I'd learnt and go back to being bored and lifeless. Which is why I joined. A whole year of support, encouragement and learning is exactly what I needed to help break unhelpful habits and form new ones.”
Gillian, mother of 2
This process is:
- body-led instead of performance-led
- desire-led instead of fear-led
- inward-outward instead of externally validated
- rooted in truth instead of optimisation
- done together instead of battled alone
We don't start with: "What should your life look like?"
We start with: "What makes you feel fucking alive?"
Because literally what is the point of being alive if you’re not even feeling alive while you’re doing it?
Why This DOES Work:
Because WILDlife isn’t just one thing.
It’s mindset work.
It’s somatics.
It’s shadow work.
It’s work
It’s journaling.
It’s life design.
It’s not just “set a goal and go do it.”
It’s the place where all of those things meet.
It’s deep work.
But it's also desire work, pleasure work, JOY work. And FUN work.
And it’s practical.
Because there is very little point having profound insight in a journal if your actual lived experience still feels constrained, performative and chronically disconnected from yourself.
And I want women to SEE and FEEL the shift in their real lives.
In their homes. Relationships. Bodies. Rhythms. Choices. Desires. Boundaries. Pleasure. Presence. And in their capacity for joy.
This process weaves together:
- somatic work because we’ve done enough thinking and sometimes the head is a right dick and the body knows WAY better
- parts work because living with different parts fighting each other internally is fucking exhausting and we could do with having them all the same page working together to get you what you actually want
- shadow work because prodding around in the murky bits is where aaaaalll the really juicy stuff lives and that’s WAY more fun than dragging it around full of shame hoping nobody will notice
- positive psychology because building a life from aliveness, joy, meaning and possibility is a fuckton more sustainable than all the criticism, judgement, pressure and fixing we’ve been subjected to so far
- nervous-system awareness because you can’t bully yourself into a life your body doesn’t feel safe enough to inhabit
- behavioural change because insight means fuck all if nothing shifts in your actual choices
- ritual and embodiment because some things need to be felt, moved, released and marked, not just understood
- conscious life design because once you know what’s true, you need to build rhythms, structures and choices that can actually hold it
- community and witnessing because self-abandonment thrives in isolation, and new ways of living need to be seen, held and reinforced
“Emma showed me that the change in identity needs to come before action AND showed me how.”
Kate, mother to 2 ND children
This is why WILDlife doesn’t just ask: “What do you want?”
It asks:
❓Which part of you wants it?
❓Which part of you is terrified of it?
❓What does your body say?
❓What conditioning is speaking?
❓What are you secretly getting from staying where you are?
❓What would aliveness look like in your actual Tuesday morning, not just in a fantasy version of your life?
Because you don’t change your life by thinking harder about it.
And you don’t create a life that feels like yours by slapping a vision board over the top of a nervous system, identity and belief system still organised around self-abandonment.
I don’t just want to help you name the life you want.
I want to watch you become the woman who can actually live it.
“I’ve stopped drinking. I’ve set boundaries at work, created better balance at home, and started writing my book.”
Sadie, mother of 2
But don't just take my word for it...
“I didn’t want my small life anymore.
I didn’t want to shrink.
And I wouldn’t have had the courage to step up without Emma’s hands at my back and this community holding me.
Now I’m standing up as a speaker, as an advocate, as a voice for those who don’t have one.
I’ve written a book.
We’ve moved our family to the seaside - a dream I never thought was possible.
But it was.
And I can’t imagine where I’d be if I hadn’t chosen this space.”Helen, ND advocate, speaker, author and ND mother
“I’ve had this idea of my dream life for an eternity but it never seemed to get any closer, it was always a ‘one day’ while life got in the way.
Then enter Emma and WHOA.
The Embodied Conscious Curation process is incredible & pure wizardry, and within a short period of time I had brought my hazy dream life into HD and actually started LIVING it now.
The change has been profound, long lasting and really easily accessible.
Emma showed me that the change in identity needs to come before action AND showed me how.
My mindset has completely shifted, my day to day life feels aligned and Emma’s coaching and the community has kept me going and celebrated me every step of the way.”
Kate, home-edder, kitchen goddess and mother of 2
“Life has slowed down from the perpetual panic and constant demands.
I find little spaces in my day that allow me to reset, to check my priorities and question my motivation.
I am finding myself better able to climb out of the river and sit on the bank.
I am easier on myself and the people around me.”
Karen, yoga teacher and mother of 2
“I’m not angry anymore.
I’ve stopped drinking.
I’ve found exercise I actually enjoy doing.
I’ve set boundaries at work, created better balance at home, and started writing my book, something I’ve always wanted to do.
I’m so pleased with how I’m showing up with the kids now too… trusting and listening to myself rather than trying to read advice everywhere else.
I believe now that my dreams can become reality, and I’m making steps toward them.
I couldn’t live like I was before, but I can definitely live like this.”
Sadie, mother of 2
“I used to be very ‘all or nothing’.
I would decide on a big step to take, force myself to do it every 'x' days, miss a day so "fail" and give up!
With Emma's guidance, I realised I could start small with achievable, bite-sized steps that didn't feel daunting or difficult.
Emma also helped me to keep my bigger vision in mind, and to feel in my body whether the baby steps I was taking were in alignment with where I wanted to be.
Having a place to course correct & celebrate my mini-wins along the way was so valuable to help me see progress, which really helps keep the momentum going.
I’ve now finished a massive house project we’d been putting off for ages and have found the confidence to leap into my new business venture I’d been hiding from before.”
Trudy, entrepreneur and mother
What does WILDlife actually look like in practice?
Before I tell you what’s actually included, I want you to know this is more than a pile of PDFs and some Zoom calls.
This is a 6-month journey to instill a lifetime’s practice of choosing differently.
In real time.
Inside your real life.
With other women doing the same work alongside you.
Here’s how it works:
WILDlife takes you through the complete arc of my signature Embodied Conscious Curation Process across 8 distinct phases.
For each phase, you’ll receive a teaching delivered via both PDF and audio.
These give you the framework:
the what,
the why,
the concepts,
the tools,
the practices.
You can revisit them anytime.
And then there’s live calls.
That’s where the magic happens.
Because I KNOW that left alone with a pile of PDFs, one of three things usually happens:
- they gather dust with every other course you swore would change your life
- you stay in your head and try to “think” your way into change
- or real life, conditioning and overwhelm convince you this is too hard and you quietly disappear from the process altogether
I also know you don’t need more information.
You need structure.
Witnessing.
Accountability.
Spaces that help you stay connected to yourself long enough for change to actually happen.
“The support of my group is just amazing: like-minded women guiding and holding each other up”
Gillian, self employed mother of 2
So yes, there are calls.
But they’re not random weekly Zooms for the sake of it.
They’re intentionally designed to support the emotional and nervous-system rhythm of the process.
The different types of calls are:
Body Doubling Calls
These give you accountability.
Especially if you’re neurodivergent, overwhelmed, overextended, or running on the premise that everybody else’s needs come first.
We carve out time together to work through the bits you’d otherwise convince yourself you:
- “don’t have time for”
- “don’t fully understand”
- or will “come back to later” (spoiler: you won’t)
You show up.
You do the thing.
And your nervous system starts registering:
“I’m not doing this alone anymore.”
Think PT…for your brain.
Somatic Calls
These do the work your head can’t do alone.
Your body holds truths your mind keeps talking you out of.
So we move it.
Feel it.
Release it.
Rehearse new possibilities inside the body before your conditioning has a chance to shut them down.
These calls are honestly magic.
They let us access places, truths and desires that thinking alone rarely reaches.
Coaching / Q&A / Office Hours
This is where we bring it into real life.
When resistance shows up.
When you feel stuck.
When you need witnessing.
When you don’t understand what the fuck I’m talking about.
When you need help applying the tools to your actual life.
That’s what these are for.
Plus there’s a:
Telegram Community
Because the point of this work is that it happens IN your life, not just on call days.
When you’re mid-conversation and can feel yourself abandoning yourself.
When you catch yourself shrinking.
When you need someone to remind you:
“That’s the conditioning talking, not you.”
When you want to celebrate a win.
Share an insight.
Ask a question.
Be witnessed.
Stay connected.
Get inspired by other women doing the same brave, messy work.
And the summer break?
That’s intentional too.
You’re not just learning this work.
You’re LIVING it.
Testing it.
Practicing it.
Gathering real evidence that this way of living actually works inside your real life.
Also…this whole thing is about living more life.
So I don’t particularly want us spending the entire summer on Zoom when we could be out there actually doing that instead.
OK, now here's the nitty gritty:
We’re running June - November 2026
Including:
- 20 live calls + replays
- complete 8-phase framework (PDF + audio)
- private Telegram community
- summer “Living Experiment”
- lifetime access to all materials
The Structure
WILDlife unfolds across three ‘terms’:
🐝Spring Term - Excavation & Expansion : June - July
We move through: HARVEST • DISCERN • DREAM • ANARCHY • DESIRE
This is where we:
- uncover patterns
- identify what’s actually yours
- reconnect to desire
- question inherited scripts
- begin consciously choosing differently
🍦Summer - The Living Experiment : through the summer hols
No weekly calls.
This is intentional.
You’ll spend summer:
- testing the work in real life
- noticing what expands you
- catching conditioning in real time
- experimenting with new choices
- gathering evidence for the life you actually want
Telegram support continues throughout.
🎬Autumn Term - Designing & Living It : September - November
We move through: DESIGN • DECIDE • DO
This is where the work becomes embodied:
- redesigning your rhythms and reality
- making aligned decisions
- working with resistance
- creating sustainable change
- living differently in practice, not just theory
Call Times
Calls happen primarily on:
- Thursday evenings 6.30-7.30pm UK time
- Sunday evenings 6-7pm
Each call is intentionally designed around the emotional rhythm of the process. These call times are subject to any necessary alteration as the group flows and allowing for #mumlife
Some phases want:
- immersion
- embodiment
- witnessing
- integration
- spaciousness
This is not about cramming in more content.
It’s about staying connected to yourself and the process long enough for real change to happen.
